At The Health Hut RCT, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, may incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the treatment cost. This fee will be added to your account, and your practitioner will update your records accordingly. Please note that all cancellation fees are applied at the discretion of the practitioner.
We understand that unexpected situations can occur. Cancellation fees may be waived in cases of genuine emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, at practitioner's discretion.
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Late cancellations and missed appointments prevent us from offering that time to other clients and impact practitioner availability. As a small business, this policy helps us continue providing high-quality care while remaining fair and understanding to all clients.
